A number of users have reported that they can’t use the genome selector when requesting integration of GenBank’s genomes (and thus can’t submit the delivery of service).
To the best of our knowledge, this happens only when using Chrome-based browsers (i.e. Google Chrome, MicroSoft Edge, and several others). It seems that the number of genomes available in GenBank exceeds the memory allocated by Chrome (especially in recent versions).
If you are affected by this problem, you can use another browser (for example Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari) to submit the delivery of service or use another computer with more memory.
We will try to improve the situations in the next months.
