LABGEM Quality Management
To improve how R&D and Services activities are organised in the laboratory, and to guarantee our collaborators and partners reliable and relevant methods and results, the LABGeM implemented a quality approach.
The Quality Management System of the laboratory has been certified according the ISO 9001:2008 standard in january 2012 (renewed in January 2015) and the NF X50-900 standard in January 2015 (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance France S.A.S.). These certificates apply to LABGEM activities of research, developments and services and MicroScope trainings. To direct the efforts of this approach and motivate participants, the management adopted a quality policy which is adapted to the laboratory’s strategy.
This certification process is part of the service policy developed by LABGeM to meet the growing challenge of microbial genomics, while providing its partners and collaborators with uptodate services and tools. In addition, continuous improvement maintains a positive dynamic, through continued assessment of efficacy. This provides the laboratory with the necessary reactivity to progress in a constantly evolving discipline.
