The LABGeM offers to MicroScope users regular training sessions organized in collaboration with Evry University:
- “Annotation and analysis of prokaryotic genomes using the MicroScope platform”: this 4.5 days training course is aimed at presenting the functionalities of the Microscope platform to the new users. It includes 1 day fully dedicated to bacterial metabolism analyses, exploration and annotation. This training is proposed twice a year in spring and autumn.
Training courses on the MicroScope platform are organized at the Evry University. External training sessions can also be scheduled on demand, in France or abroad.
