MicroScope platform: v3.13.1 released

The v3.13.1 of the platform is now deployed.

This release doesn’t introduce new features but fixes some bugs of v3.13.0 (or from older versions):

• the selector sometimes didn’t work in phyloprofile
• favourite organisms were not always properly saved
• the color legend in panRGP was not always correct
• the normalization of counts in overview of RNA-Seq experiments was incorrect and could be > 100%

We have also enhanced the documentation about the new sequence and genome selectors (see here).

We will soon release a new version with several new features so stay tuned.
