A new selector for sequences and organisms that extends the one previously introduced in the Genome Clustering page has been deployed in MicroScope since the end of June 2019. This selector was designed to let you choose efficiently several sequences by browsing the taxonomy or by filtering on strains with suggestions.
There are two types of selectors in the platform for the selection of Genomes or Sequences:
- Selection of Genomes means that you are going to work on all the replicons of the selected strains. For instance, this selector is activated on the home page of the platform, in all functionalities of the Metabolism menu and in the ‘Gene Phyloprofile‘ tool using the organism mode.
- Selection of Sequences means that you are going to work on a subset of replicons. For instance, this selector is activated in the ‘Search by keywords‘ or the ‘Gene Phyloprofile‘ using the replicon mode.
