MicroScope platform: v3.10.3 released

The v3.10.3 of the platform is now deployed. Here are some highlights of this new version:

  • There is some change on the resistome page as CARD/RGI has been updated to version 2.0.1 and 4.0.2 respectively.
  • You can now extract EGNOGG annotation data on several organisms on the export page.
  • It is now possible to search all data on certain datasets. Check out the “Get all data” option on the Search by Keywords page.
