The v3.11.1 of the platform is now deployed.
Here are some highlights of this new version:
- A new tool has been added: Pan-genome RGPs allows to explore regions of genomic plasticity based on a new definition of the pan-genome (read more here)
- Access to BioCyc results is simplified in Microcyc and Tamara
- Update of the charter, terms of use and privacy notice in accordance to the GDPR
- Minor bug fixes and improvements
