The v3.2 of the platform is now deployed. Some enhancements have been made to the “Blast and Pattern search” page:
- Blast search now use ncbi-blast+ v 2.2.28
- Result can be filter with similarity constraints values (query coverage and identity)
- Pattern search is now available for both nucleic and protein pattern (EMBOSS tool)
