The v2.7 of the platform is now deployed:
Two new tools are available on the platform:
- dbCAN (http://csbl.bmb.uga.edu/dbCAN/) annotates automatically carbohydrate-active enzymes using the CAZy classification.
- LipoP (http://www.cbs.dtu.dk/services/LipoP/) predicts lipoproteins and their signal peptides in bacterial genomes.
These results are available in the gene annotation window.
