We are currently facing an issue concerning emails sent by our team and the MicroScope platform to users. All emails are blocked due to anti-spam rules from email providers.
At the moment, we are not able to reply to users about assistance questions. Also, automated emails sent by the platform for account creation, passwords, and delivery of services are fully blocked.
We are still trying to resolve the issue, and we hope this will be fixed soon.
