On 11th April 2013, we released a new web interface dedicated to Delivery of Service submissions. Users can request integration of biological data within MicroScope, corresponding to Genome, Metagenome, RNA-Seq or Evolution projects.
Biological data and genome informations are dynamically checked during submission in order avoid as much as possible errors or conflicts. Moreover, an upload web service dedicated to biological data files is available for users.
The new system also provides an admin interface, which will help users:
- to manage all of their past, or ongoing Deliveries of Service.
- to check dynamically the current status of their Delivery of Service
This interface is a new step into a full automated submission system for data integration within MicroScope, and further improvements will be released soon.
