The v 2.4.8 of the platform is now deployed:
– A graphical view of SNPs/INdels results is now available for “Evolution Projects”.
– A critical security issue with old Java versions was identified recently by Oracle.
Recent updates of Java fixed this issue, but “Circular Genome Viewer” is no more functional with these updates.
CGView will continue to work correctly with older versions of Java. We’re still investigating the problem, but we plan to replace the current CGView application by another one.
