A new interface for the MicroScope platform and the MaGe annotation system is almost ready to be deployed. It will replace the current MaGe annotation system and we hope this will provide a better experience for microbial genome annotation.
During April 2010, we organized a 3 week beta-test session dedicated to the correction of main bugs, so we can now estimate the definitive deployment date for the end of May 2010.
In order to get to know the future interface, we are glad to offer you a pre-release version. This one is functional and fully compatible with the current databases. You can use it to perform your annotation and exploration tasks.
