We are pleased to announce that metabolic pathway prediction in MicroCyc has been enhanced!
Pathway Tools version has been upgraded from 16.0 to 29.5, providing access to an expanded diversity of metabolic pathways in MetaCyc, the reference database used for pathway inference.
Together, these improvements provide more comprehensive and up-to-date metabolic pathway predictions for microbial genomes analyzed in MicroScope.
