The v3.9.2 of the platform is now deployed. It includes some enhancements:
– The Blast page has been improved and is now faster.
– It’s possible to set mutation at ‘alternative start’ in the gene annotation page.
– When you save a gene annotation, the consistency of annotation is now tested using more fields. You can find all the annotation rule here.
– The “old >> new label” page has been rework and is now called ‘Annotation mapping’. It gives more information about the mapping between different versions of a sequence. If you notice any problem on this page please contact us.
