The v2.2.8 of the platform is now deployed:
– Gene Editor now integrates:
→ “MetaCyc Reaction” editable field.
→ “Predicted MetaCyc Pathways” Method.
→ “P. putida TOBIN reactions” Method (available only for Pseudomonas putida KT2440).
– Search by Keywords tool now integrates a new dataset called “MicroCyc Pathways”
– Metabolic Profiles tool now provides a list of co-evolved genes for a specific reaction pathway.
– Due to Javascript/AJAX updates, please clear your browser cache.
