Minor changes on MicroScope

Dear MicroScope users,

We have recently made some changes in order to clarify MicroScope’s main menu:

• to integrate your data in MicroScope, go to “About” and then “Submit your data to MicroScope“
• to submit your data to the ENA/EMBL public databank, go to “About” and then “Request DataBank submission“

Also the preferred way to cite MicroScope is more clearly indicated on the home page and in service emails. As a reminder, if you cite MicroScope, please use:

• «MicroScope in 2017: an expanding and evolving integrated resource for community expertise of microbial genomes.» Nucleic Acids Res. 2016 Nov.
