The LABGeM is working on several research projects, in-house or conducted in national or international collaborations. We focus our activities on biological applications in the domains of Environmental Biology and Biotechnology (green and white), according to the evolution of the Genoscope and UMR8030 research topics, which are in line with a sustainable chemistry, using less fossil fuel, consuming less energy and generating less pollution. More recently, we have strengthen our competences in the domain of Epidemiology and health, especially in the context of metagenomics data analysis through ongoing collaborative projects with the National Genotyping Center (CEA/IG).
