Dear MicroScope users,

Here is the latest news about the MicroScope. As you’ll see, we’ve been working hard to improve the platform and extend its usability. More exciting developments will be available in 2022 !

Please note that MicroScope will be off-line from Friday December 17th 12pm CEST to Monday December 20th around 2pm CEST. This long shut-down is needed to update several components of our IT infrastructure.

We also wanted to inform you that we will now ask you to confirm your personal account information annually.

Faster integration for new genomes

Important changes in MicroScope data management

In order to optimize data management in MicroScope we have decided to proceed to several changes. First we have decided to remove obsolete genome assemblies from MicroScope. This step concerns genomes from GenBank which have been deleted from the database
